I had written earlier, as Fast & Furious came to light: ”…consider, for a moment, the office of the President of the United States, teaming up with a foreign power [Mexico], to infringe on the Second Amendment right held by all Americans.”  To me, the sight of Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State, on stage with President of Mexico, Calderon, clamoring to suppress the US constitutional right to keep and bear arms is the greater scandal in Fast & Furious.  What I did not know was whether:

A)  This administration spotted in F&F the opportunity to advance gun control through the ATF’s bungled, but at least well-intended operation, or

B) The whole damned thing was conceived from the beginning as a Satanic conspiracy to create propaganda to fuel new cries—picked up by the reliable lapdog leftpress and NPR—that the governments of the US and even foreign powers should collaborate to seize weapons from American citizens.

I always suspected that the ATF set F&F up for at least the right motive, and then the absurd operation got co-opted by the administration.  Holder, and Hillary, others, and perhaps even the president then kept it going for the benefit of the TV cameras and reporters, finding Calderon a willing fellow-oppressor.  I suspected.

Now, after this, I am more strongly suspecting that it was a setup early on, to create anti-American citizen gun-owner propaganda.  It may not have been spawned in the White House or with Hillary, though: might have started right there within the ATF.

But, I will never forget the sight of our Secretary of State on stage with the leader of a foreign power, speaking out to disarm Americans.  And they wonder why we do not trust the government.

Americans, our liberty is in danger and, as always, the greatest danger comes from within.  Deeply within.  Too few of us hold liberty dearly enough to guard ourselves against oppressive government at the ballot box.  In 2012, these people have to go.  And then, crack the whip on the Republicans for awhile.
